A & B Concrete Pumping has pumped millions of meters of concrete into some of Western Canada’s land mark projects including: West Edmonton Mall and Commonwealth Stadium

Ledcor Construction - Hill Centre Tower III

  • First Placing Boom erected in Saskatchewan, freeing up Ledcor's tower crane for other work
  • We used conventional pumping at the beginning of the project, and erected a placing boom on the 12th floor for Elite Formworks, to finish the concrete for the 20 storey building
  • Saskatchewan's biggest pump, our 55M was used for many slab pours
  • Regina's first tower in 20 years, dramatically changing the downtown skyline

Graham Construction - University of Saskatchewan D-Wing

  • 190 000 square foot, four storey addition to the east side, and six storey addition to the north side of the existing B-Wing building in Saskatoon
  • Includes new 504 seat lecture theatre, new and larger Academic Health Sciences Library, biocontainment research labs, office and support space and research facility
  • This was A&B's first major project for Graham Construction in Saskatchewan, allowing us to showcase our versatility using a broad range of pump sizes over the duration of this job

Stuart Olson Dominion Construction - South West Recreation Centre

  • $160 million facility located at Terwillegar Drive - 23 Avenue
  • Edmonton's largest Recreation Centre to date, including a Flexi-Hall Gymnasium, Aquatic Centre, Indoor Running Track, Studios, Amphitheatre, four Arenas, Offices and Business Space
  • A wide variety of our pumps were used, including Z booms and our biggest pumps, a testament that we always have the best pump to get the job done

Clark Builders - South Edmonton Transit Facility

  • 320 000 square foot building the City of Edmonton will use to manage 250 buses
  • This was our first time working with the Clark Builders flatwork crew, and it was a huge success
  • Z Booms were the perfect pumps to look after all the inside slabs

PCL Construction Management - The Edmonton Clinic South

  • The first time in Edmonton's history that two concrete placing booms have been used on one project, freeing up the tower cranes on site for other work
  • Used concrete washout bags to eliminate the need for a concrete washout location on site
